Chad and the Beef With Egg
Ah, Chad. He is mostly known for being the villain/bully on the show, but we also know that he loves working out. In order to keep his muscles as veiny and bulging as they are, he has to eat a lot of protein. The show keyed in on Chad's love of food when they showed him constantly eating an entire deli platter for about 20 minutes of the show.
Chad was definitely the most entertaining character on the show because he had absolutely no filter. He told it like it is and for that, I found him kind of likable, minus the whole death threats to other people part. If you want to know how to eat like Chad so you can be bulky like him, keep reading.
Day 1
Breakfast: Eggs and a Protein Shake
Chad likes to start out the day with his favorite macronutrient: protein. For extra Chad essence, serve the protein shake in a champagne glass for that classy Bachelorette touch. If you are also an egg lover for breakfast, check out this scrambled eggs in a bacon weave bowl.
Lunch: Roast Beef Sandwich
Chad was spotted eating a plate a roast beef with his hands during a cocktail party, so maybe he should tone it down and eat it as a sandwich.
Dinner: Steak
Even after the eggs, protein shake, and roast beef, Chad has still not met his protein quota for the day. If he wants to keep up with Damn Daniel when he is working out, he has to keep the protein intake high. If you want to know the foolproof way to cook a steak, we've got you covered here.
Day 2
Breakfast: Protein Shake and Strawberries
I think you can probably see a theme forming, Chad always starts the day with a protein shake, but he adds different accompaniments. As you can see above, sometimes he strays from the protein and throws in some fruit. If you are not about the protein shake life, check out how you can replace your after workout protein shake.
Lunch: An Entire Sweet Potato, Skin And All
One of the most iconic scenes on the Bachelorette thus far was of Chad taking a bite out of a sweet potato like a normal person would an apple. The jury is still out on whether or not the sweet potato was cooked. If you prefer your sweet potatoes cooked, learn the proper way to steam them here.
Dinner: Prime Rib
Chad likes to stick to the meat plain and simple. He needs a break from the regular steak, so occasionally he goes all out with the prime rib.
Day 3
Breakfast: Protein Pancakes
Chad has to get tired of just getting protein from just shakes, so he switches it up with some delicious protein pancakes. If you want to be like Chad, make these beautiful pumpkin protein pancakes.
Lunch: An Entire Deli Platter
I am surprised Chad did not threaten this dude's life when he tried to take a piece of meat from his personal deli platter.
Dinner: Bison Burger
Chad is all about his lean protein, so he would not eat just any ol' burger. Bison is a leaner option compared to ground beef. If you are looking for an even healthier option, check out this black bean burger.
Day 4
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Peanut Butter and Bananas
Oatmeal is a great source of protein for breakfast, but Chad has to add even more protein with the peanut butter. If he wants even more of a protein fix, he will replace it with peanut butter protein powder. Or, if you're not a fan of oatmeal, check out some other high-protein breakfasts.
Lunch: Chicken Kabob
Along with an entire deli platter, Chad was also spotted eating chicken on a skewer. Most people put veggies on their kabob, but Chad sticks to just the meat.
Dinner: A Plate of Meatballs, No Spaghetti Necessary
A guy like Chad does not want to waste his time eating carbs with his protein.
Day 5
Breakfast: Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl
We already know Chad loves his sweet potatoes, so he might as well have it for breakfast too. You can make your very own breakfast bowl here.
Lunch: Turkey Leg
We know Chad loves to eat with his hands, so this is another easy way for him to keep chomping on some meat.
Dinner: An Entire Roasted Chicken
Usually an entire roasted chicken would be enough to feed an entire family, but Chad is not about sharing his food. Check out this article if you want to know how to eat roasted chicken for every meal.
Day 6
Breakfast: Turkey Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
Chad likes to keep his meat lean, so he would not eat the regular BEC like us mere mortals. He would have to have the turkey bacon or else his arms might not be as veiny as usual. This means Chad would miss out on these 23 best bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches in America.
Lunch: Party Size Sub, Without the Bread
I feel like if they got everyone subs for lunch on the Bachelorette, Chad would just pick the meat off of the entire thing and eat it for himself. Nothing against that, but in my opinion, the bread is the best part.
Dinner: BBQ Brisket
When I think of what Chad eats for most of his meals, it usually involves big chunks of meat. When I think of a big chunk of meat, I think of brisket. If he wanted to know where to find the best brisket in Texas, he would have to look no further than this article.
Day 7
Breakfast: Western Omelette
The Western Omelette is packed with protein from both the eggs and the ham, but it also sneaks some veggies in there.
Lunch: Chicken and Rice
Chad his getting his lean protein and low carb fix with this dish. If you want other lunches that are healthy, but will keep you full, check out this article.
Dinner: Sausage and Peppers
Chad is splurging a little bit with this one because sausage is not the usual lean protein he goes for. That being said, he would probably use a lower fat chicken sausage instead of the classic Italian sausage. If you are a fan of chicken sausage, check out this recipe for rotini with goat cheese, kale, and chicken sausage.
